Heiko Jung studied Electric Bass at the Jazzdepartment of the Richard-Strauss-Conservatory in Munich. Since then a vast amount of concerts and tours with various musical projects led him to countries like the United States, China, Mexico, South Korea, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Latvia, Belgium and Armenia. His musical versatility and wide stylistic range is displayed by long term collaborations with ensembles like the genre-defining Jazz-Metal-Band “Panzerballett”, Martin Grubingers` Percussion-Crossover-Project “The percussive Planet” and legendary german Jazz-Rock-Band “Klaus Doldingers` Passport”.
